DUE TO SUMMER BREAK WE ARE CLOSED TILL 5 AUGUST. The return can be send on 5 August. 

You always have the option to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. Make sure to return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels.

PAY ATTENTION! Order has only received by us when you have received an e-mail with ‘Refunded’. If you receive an e-mail that has been delivered to our warehouse, it may also mean that is has been delivered to a collection point. We only process returns if it has been collected by us.

Has your package been delivered to a collection point? Send us an email to info@byenti.com with the tracking and address.

Don’t try the items, with make up on. Items that have make up stains, will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCES 

Return processing takes a maximum of 14 workingdays after we received the return order.

When the return has been processed (don’t forget to put your name and the ordernumber on the package), the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 workingdays, depends on which pay method you choose.

ALERT! Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Always request proof of shipment from the service point (Track&Trace code).

Returns are only possible in the return period of 14 days. If it is not on time, we will not accept your return. 

• The risk of shipping are for your own account
• We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items will be refused and returned.
• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started. We are not responsible for your shipment. PAY ATTENTION! Your proof of shipment (Track&Trace) is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
